“It has been fantastic to see Hoxton Capital Management grow over the last four years. We started with a handful of employees and today we have over 300 incredible members of staff. What has been great to see is the continuous opportunities created for our employees to expand themselves, expand their careers and expand their earning potential. If we look at it from all the different individuals who work for Hoxton Capital now:
Consultants: We have provided a multi-jurisdictional platform that they can work from, and they can help people from multiple regions throughout the globe. We have provided a great place for them to work, a good atmosphere, structure, all while helping them get to where they want in terms of qualifications and training.
Business Development Managers: We have provided an amazing platform by offering exceptional exam support and training. We have BDMs who started with us at the beginning, such as Senior Wealth Manager
Support Staff: Admin has flourished and expanded out to become a fundamental function of our business. When we started Hoxton Capital, it was just me and Christine Albaniel at the beginning. Now she runs a team of 30 and has grown and developed the team out to be such a core function of our business.
For me: The most exciting part about running Hoxton Capital over the past 4 years has been the opportunities that we have been able to create for people who work within our industry. For me, that has been hand on heart the most rewarding part of starting up Hoxton Capital and what I love the most. Giving people the opportunity to develop and provide for their families and their future growth prospects is something that we will continue to do for several years to come.”
