About Chris
Chris started his career in 2004 with KPMG LLP as a Tax Adviser specialising in personal taxation issues relating to investment income and pensions. Chris trained at the KPMG Tax Business School in Canary Wharf for his Chartered Accounting and Chartered Taxation Adviser exams.
After 7 years with KPMG, Chris moved to the Middle East to join the deVere Group, where he continued his work as an IFA, starting in their Abu Dhabi offices and eventually heading up the Qatar operations for the group dealing with HNW and UHNW individuals.
Chris then transitioned and founded Hoxton Capital Management with Matt Dean; where the sole emphasis of the group is to help HNW and UHNW clients with borderless global financial advice. Chris’ speciality is assisting individuals with their retirement planning needs.
Chris has 3 children with his wife and enjoys spending his free time with his family and engaging in outdoor activities.

Kane Tucker Business Development Manager
Kane is a very enthusiastic, motivated, and hardworking individual. He has worked alongside very experienced colleagues in the financial services industry for the last 6 years.
Working as a business development manager for Hoxton Capital Management has allowed him to grow his client base exponentially and enabled him to offer his clients a more diverse range of investment and savings options.
Declan Trainor Paraplanner
Declan graduated from Ulster University in Belfast with a first-class honours degree in Finance. Having spent 12 months working in Munich Germany for Texas Instruments as a pricing analyst, he then made the move to Dubai where he has worked in the financial services industry for almost 3 years.
Declan is a UK-qualified financial adviser and is currently progressing through his USA investment adviser exams so that he is qualified in the USA also.
Richard Cawley Technical Consultant
Richard is qualified as a financial adviser and pension specialist and has experience in providing technical solutions for clients in the UK and offshore.
He is also a specialist in cashflow forecasting and uses these skills to help clients develop financial plans using software and analytics.
Michael Agonos Administrator
Prior to joining Hoxton Capital Management in August 2021, Michael graduated from the University of the East in Manila earning a degree in BS Accountancy. Michael passed the Certified Public Accountant licensure examination and started his career as an Audit Associate at KPMG Philippines.
Working as a Team Administrator at Hoxton has allowed him to expand his knowledge in the financial services industry as well as servicing clients with their pensions and investments.
rejoyce monisit Administrator
Rejoyce is a Registered Nurse with 7 years of experience as a Customer Service Associate at Carrefour. She gained extensive knowledge in customer relations which contributed to her efficiency as an Administrator. Rejoyce started her career at Hoxton in February 2021 which refined her skills in dealing with clients while immersing herself in the financial industry.
Thapelo Mphoreng Junior Investment Analyst
Thapelo earned an honours degree in Banking and Finance from Cyprus’s Eastern Mediterranean University. He worked in Cyprus as a banking intern for 8 months before moving to Dubai, where he has worked in the finance industry for nearly a year since joining Hoxton in January 2022.
