Tom started his career in corporate banking, facilitating debt financing predominately for acquisitions. He then became a M&A Director for one of the UK’s biggest IFA business sales brokers. Tom specialised in holistic M&A, assisting retiring IFA business owners’ exit from the industry by integrating their businesses into acquisitive firms. Tom built on these insights while collaborating with the most successful IFAs and Wealth Managers in the sector to develop Oakdale Wealth, the digital investing solution. Tom has joined the Hoxton team as our Acquisitions Director.
