St. Lucia

Saint Lucia is a fertile island country in the Caribbean Sea. Its closest neighbours are the islands of

Martinique, to the north, and Saint Vincent, to the south-west. It was formed by volcanic activity. Its geographic features include a central ridge of mountains, many rivers and boiling sulphur springs. It is surrounded by sandy beaches.

Saint Lucia is an island country in the West Indies in the eastern Caribbean Sea on the boundary with the Atlantic Ocean. The island was previously called Iyonola, the name given to the island by the native Arawaks and later, Hewanorra, the name given by the native Caribs, two separate Amerindian peoples. Part of the Lesser Antilles, it is located north/northeast of the island of Saint Vincent, northwest of Barbados and south of Martinique. Soufrière was colonized by the French and was the original capital of the island. Its capital is Castries.

The investor and their family can immediately obtain their St. Lucia passports once their application is approved, and the documents have been valid for the initial period of five years with. It is not required to permanently reside in the country, however it is a request for the applicants to spend a minimum of 70 days in St. Lucia during the first five years of first receiving their passport. Failure to do so will prevent the investors and their families from renewing their passports.

Aside from other documents and materials, the application must include proof of the investment as an escrow agreement, bank deposit, wire transfer, etc. If the chosen option is real estate investment, a copy of the real estate deed, title transfer, and contract is required.

An original reference letter must be submitted from an internationally recognised bank. This letter should not be older than six months.

A professional reference must be submitted from an attorney or notary. This reference should not be older than six months.
